The Work:
- Lead the delivery of SAP programs and projects to achieve defined business outcomes.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee execution of deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and align on outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require three days per week in the office.
Here's What You Need:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience architecting and managing large-scale SAP programs or portfolios including expertise in defining program scope, governance, and monitoring execution of deliverables.
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience with the organizational skills to manage cross-functional and global teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Bonus Points If:
- You have experience with SAP S/4Hana transformations, cloud migrations, or multi-country rollouts.
- You hold certifications in project/program management (e.g., PMP, SAP Activate).
- You have a track record of driving innovation and process improvement in SAP environments.
- You excel at building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
