- You'll understand and manage the impacts of change in construction and life sciences environments, enabling smooth transitions.
- You'll develop and implement change management strategies that improve productivity, efficiency, adaptability, and regulatory compliance.
- You'll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify risks, barriers, and resistance to change.
- You'll design and deliver change management artifacts, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- You'll embed change management practices across the full project lifecycle to enhance execution and outcomes.
- You'll align change plans with project schedules, construction activities, and regulatory milestones.
- You'll build strong relationships with sponsors, program leaders, change champions, and impacted stakeholders.
- You'll coach and train teams and leaders on effective change management practices.
- You'll define success metrics, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies for change initiatives.
- You'll lead by example, influencing stakeholders and driving consistent, repeatable change management approaches.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8 years of relevant experience in change management, construction, or life sciences. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Experience in construction project environments within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors is highly desirable
