The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$70,000—$70,000 USD

- Research, gather, and synthesize information from various sources for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with technology integration and project management is a plus.
