Key Responsibilities:

• As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.

• You will define project scope and monitor the execution of deliverables while communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team input and innovation.

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline project processes and enhance efficiency.

• Utilize data-driven insights to inform project decisions and improve outcomes.

• Mentor team members to build their skills and enhance overall team performance.

• Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Basic Qualifications: (Include Years required and skills)

• Minimum of 5 years of Server Platform Migration is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of Program Project Management experience.

• High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associates degree.

• Master proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK , Risk Management, and Scope Management.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
