THE WORK:
- You’ll create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6.
- You’ll integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).
- You’ll generate summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones, and baseline variance reports.
- You’ll coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.
- You’ll ensure adherence to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), global codes, and templates.
- You’ll publish schedules in PDF and other formats to designated locations.
- You’ll integrate Primavera P6 data with other platforms, such as K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.
- You’ll support change management processes and perform routine QA/QC checks on schedules.
- You’ll provide scheduling insights to project managers to resolve issues proactively.
- You’ll attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
$140,000 - $150,000 a year

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2-4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree or 4-6 years of direct or relevant experience without a degree
- Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued at less than $1M
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with power or electrical utilities is highly desired.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills for working in both one-on-one and group settings
