Product Owner

Accentuate Staffing is working with a healthcare organization that is hiring a Product Owner to support the continued development of its customer-facing and internal software platforms. These products help manage complex healthcare, accreditation, quality improvement, reporting, and operational workflows. This person will work with business leaders and product, design, development, and quality assurance teams to determine which problems should be addressed and guide solutions from initial discovery through release.

This position is designed for a Product Owner who can bring structure to loosely defined business needs, understand how users interact with software, and turn that information into clear priorities for an Agile development team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a product backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting product discovery, and communicating the purpose and expected outcome of product decisions. The role will work with web-based applications, customer portals, APIs, data and reporting features, and Agile product tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms

• ns:Approximately 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, or in a similar role supporting the development of software applicati
• onsDemonstrated experience owning or prioritizing a product backlog and working directly with software development teams in an Agile or Scrum environm
