Marketing Content Manager

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Marketing & Content Manager to join a dynamic and creative team in Hillsborough, NC. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and community-oriented, with a passion for crafting engaging, on-brand content across multiple channels. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills to manage a fast-paced, multi-channel content strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing and content plan, including email, storytelling, social media, digital marketing, events, and website content.
• Collaborate with specialists and content creators to produce compelling written and video materials.
• Lead content meetings with department teams and provide strategic direction.
• Supervise and manage content creators (video and photography) and a marketing assistant.
• Edit and proof all marketing content, including emails, articles, videos, reels, social posts, and website materials.
• Create and schedule social media posts (with team support) across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Write and distribute quarterly press releases.
• Track performance metrics and provide data-driven reports on marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of marketing and content experience.
• Videography and editing experience is a plus.
• Naturally curious, creative, and passionate about storytelling and brand engagement.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to lead when needed.
• Proven experience in planning and executing on-brand social media strategies.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, AEO, paid search, and paid social.
