What You’ll Do:
Be the first impression of our salon — warm, welcoming, and professional
Manage phone calls, bookings, and guest communication
Support daily salon flow and team coordination
Recommend services, upgrades, and Aveda retail products
Handle checkout, scheduling, and client experience from start to finish
Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated front desk environment along with helping out and maintaining the salon flow like laundry, light cleaning and guest care
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude team player mentality
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with technology and booking systems
Previous salon, spa, or customer service experience is a plus

Pay:
Starting at $17/hour opportunities for bonuses/retail incentives
