COMPENSATION RANGE

Pay Range: $21/hr. – $31/hr.
Shift: Monday - Friday

JOB SUMMARY

Our growing company is currently in search for Fabricators/Polishers, Installers and Measures of Granite and Quartz countertops. The Polisher/Fabricator plays a critical role in the fabrication, installation, and measurement of granite and quartz countertops. This position works closely with internal teams, customers, and other departments to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

We are seeking hardworking, professional, and responsible individuals who are willing to follow detailed instructions, learn all aspects of the countertop fabrication and installation process, and develop the skills needed to perform each task proficiently once trained. Success in this role is demonstrated by the ability to complete countertop measurements and installations accurately, maintain quality craftsmanship, and contribute positively to team operations and customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating a willingness to learn all areas of the industry.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness and capability to learn how to safely operate power tools, including grinders and saws.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record, where required for the position.
• Knowledge of and adherence to Workplace Safety Data Sheets (WSDS) and safety standards.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• WSDL experience
• Self-Sufficient
• Basic math skills
• Basic analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience for templating natural stone and Quartz is helpful but not required
• Bilingual

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

• Lifting/Carrying: Frequently lifts and/or moves items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility: Frequently required to move throughout the warehouse, or job site to access materials and equipment.
• Positioning: May be required to position oneself to inspect, maintain, or install materials, including stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.

• Warehouse/Facility: May be exposed to non-climate-controlled environments (heat and cold), moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated noise levels.
• Job Site/Field: Exposure to active construction sites, outdoor weather conditions, dust, and fumes. Requires use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
• Travel: Requires travel to local job sites.
