Job Summary
The Dispatch Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Dispatch team by assisting with job scheduling, material coordination, installer documentation, and info/data tracking. This position helps ensure jobs are prepared accurately, materials are tracked, and installation workflows remain organized and efficient. This role is ideal for someone highly organized who enjoys supporting operations, coordinating details, and helping keep installation schedules running smoothly. This is an entry level role and previous experience in the construction industry is not required.
Schedule
Full time in office Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with required rest and meal breaks.
$21.00 to $23.00 per hour, non-exempt.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist dispatch team with scheduling upcoming installation jobs.
- Upload, organize, and manage material pick tickets for scheduled work.
- Review upcoming jobs and notify dispatchers of any material shortages or issues.
- Update the dispatch list daily with the jobs going out with installers for the following day.
- Print, assemble, and verify the installer invoices are complete, accurate, and ready for processing.
- Manage updating job statuses in our system for completed jobs.
- Help get updates on open items from installers when dispatchers are unable to.
- Manage Microsoft Teams communication channels and tag Sales and Dispatch on open items and follow through to completion.
- Track reported job-site issues and installer installation concerns in Excel.
- Support coordination between Dispatch, Sales, Warehouse, and Installation teams.
- Assist with administrative and operational support tasks for the Dispatch department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook – computer savvy
- Ability to communicate clearly with multiple departments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment
- Scheduling or dispatch support experience preferred but not required
- Construction, flooring installation, or service industry experience is a plus but not required.
