Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Work with active buyer clients from initial consultation through closing
• Conduct buyer consultations and needs analysis
• Schedule and host property showings
• Write and negotiate purchase offers and contracts
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction
• Follow brokerage systems for CRM updates, transaction tracking, and follow-up
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
• Convert company-provided and self-generated leads into signed clients

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining)
• Sales experience preferred (real estate, retail, or service industries)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with lead follow-up, phone calls, and client conversion
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
