This role operates within the Operations team and reports to the Operations Manager. The Event Coordinator focuses on executing specific elements of programs, coordinating vendors, managing logistics, and supporting onsite delivery. The position requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to follow established processes while adapting to real-time event needs.
This is an execution-focused role designed to build operational expertise, with clear growth into more advanced coordination and management responsibilities.
This position is full-time and based in the Mid-City New Orleans office.
