What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain client servers, networks, and cloud environments
- Troubleshoot escalated systems and network issues
- Administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Work with firewalls, switches, wireless, and VPNs
- Assist with projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
- Document configurations and communicate clearly with clients
- Partner with service desk and senior engineers to deliver great outcomes
- What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of systems and/or network engineering experience
- Strong Windows Server and Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- MSP or multi-client experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset
- Azure experience
- Firewall platforms (Fortinet, SonicWall, Meraki, etc.)
- Backup & disaster recovery solutions
- PowerShell or automation experience
- Industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco)

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
