We are seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently operate press brake machinery in a manner that is safe for yourself and others
- Perform self-inspection on first produced part and verify quality throughout the production run
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and perform repetitive movements
- Meet daily and weekly production goals to fulfill product demand and follow production instructions, either written or verbal
- Strong work ethic, attendance, punctuality, and initiative
- Adhere to company safety policies
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related
- Experience with Trumpf Press Brakes and using cold-rolled and stainless-steel materials
- Shop math skills and knowledgeable on adjusting clearances
- Ability to hold tight tolerances, adjust controls/parameters, and other minor machine calibrations, as needed
- Able to read and understand work orders and blueprints
- Familiarity with Solidworks/AutoCAD
