Second Shift Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and supervision. The candidate will train on 1st shift and move to Wrap Shift (Friday-Saturday-Sunday) 7 am - 7 pm.

The noise level in the work environment is very loud where ear protection is necessary.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
- Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
