• Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Document and report non-conformances; assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Maintain accurate and complete QA records, logs, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor and verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Assist in internal audits and support external audits and inspections as needed.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality control systems.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry standards and regulatory changes.

• High School Diploma or GED: This is generally the minimum educational requirement for an hourly quality associate.
• Certifications: Optional certifications from organizations like the American Society for Quality (ASQ) (ASQ) or training in methods like Six Sigma can make you a more attractive candidate.

• Working knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with quality management software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

The noise level in the work environment is very loud where ear protection is necessary.
