Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components of various industrial furniture products together such as attaching slides, bases, levelers, and tops. After assembly, the cabinets are packaged using the provided packing materials working within a factory environment.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and explosives. The noise level in the work environment is very loud where ear protection is necessary.

- Read and interpret blueprints or diagrams to determine the layout of components
- Inspect parts for defects and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency in the assembly process
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks
- Mechanical knowledge to understand assembly procedures and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Previous work in a warehouse setting is beneficial
- Strong ability to assemble, fabricate, and work with various materials
