As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll play a critical role in building the electrical components that support our customers’ infrastructure. What You’ll Do
- Assemble power strips and other minor electrical components according to work orders and production specifications
- Accurately fill and prepare customer orders to meet delivery timelines
- Enter production and order information correctly into the ERP system
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and perform routine counts to prevent production interruptions
- Read and follow written or verbal work instructions and basic blueprints
- Ensure all quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Identify and communicate Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities
- Cross-train on additional assembly processes as needed
- Support team and departmental goals through reliable attendance and productivity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to read and follow work orders and assembly instructions
- Basic math skills with the ability to perform accurate counts and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Clear communication skills and strong teamwork mindset
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production area for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and grip components at a workstation
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues in a manufacturing environment
