Position Title: Urgent Care Staff Physician/Medical Directorship
1099 Model or Sole Proprietor: Full-Time
Salary: $150/hour plus Malpractice with Tail
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
Medical Director Stipend: $60,000/year

Currently, we have 18 clinics located throughout Southern CA and Central CA to serve all your urgent care needs. We are hiring a full-time Urgent Care Staff Physician for our Fresno locations. Additionally, we are offering a Medical Directorship for any physician candidate looking to grow within our organization.

Our doors opened in 2012 in Bakersfield, CA. We have expanded our brand and services throughout Bakersfield, Fresno, Clovis, Chino, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar, Murrieta, Temecula, and Los Angeles. We plan to open about 5 more clinics in the next 2 years. So far, we have 18 clinical locations throughout Central and Southern CA to service your urgent care needs. Our mission is to expand our healthcare reach to all the people within the communities that we serve and provide them with the best healthcare possible. Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program

Key Responsibilities:
- Urgent Care Medicine, practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.?
- Full-time will be 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing up to 4 mid-level providers.
- Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting.
- Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
- Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray.
- All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
- Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation, document patients in 1 minute.
