The AUC social media – Community Engagement Representative will support our Executives in planning and executing social media marketing as well as community engagement initiatives, brand events and other collaborations. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team of excellence and contribute to our mission. The ideal candidate is a vivacious social media influencer who will prioritize building our reputation with the purpose of enhancing growth and public recognition. This individual will drive all efforts in seeking and creating new business development opportunities throughout the community. Top-tier social media marketing knowledge, engaging content creation abilities and strong public relations – people skills are required.

A Community Events Representative is responsible for attending community events,
festivals, fairs, farmers markets, school events, business gatherings, and other public-
facing activities to promote Accelerated Urgent Care and its services. This includes event
identification, planning, setup, brand engagement, lead capture, and ensuring a positive,
professional brand presence.

- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and accuracy.
- Engage with the Spanish speaking community.
- Increase community awareness and understanding of our services.
- Build relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and local leaders.
- Encourage patient engagement and support marketing goals such as impressions, scan rates, referrals, and overall brand trust.
- Provide feedback and insights from the community to the marketing department.
Minimum Requirements | Qualification:
- Must have 5 years of relevant industry experience in social media, marketing and project management.
- Must be Bilingual.
- Excellent understanding of all aspects of social media and professional banding.
- A "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
- Creative and on-trend mindset with a knack for brand engagement.
- Possess a proven record of success within the marketing industry.
- Outgoing and personable with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
