You’ll be bringing best-in-class residential telecom services to customers. Get ready to:
- Directly engage with new and existing residential customers to create a positive, memorable experience that makes them want to upgrade their services and stick around.
- Skillfully present and sell a full range of Frontier's residential telecom services—think high-speed internet, cutting-edge TV packages, and reliable voice—based on genuine customer needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to introduce and upsell new products or promotions during customer interactions, consistently hitting personal and team sales goals. Remember, this is a performance-driven role where results matter!
- Rapidly absorb and maintain expert-level knowledge of all current Frontier service offerings, pricing structures, and competitive advantages to clearly articulate value to customers.
- Accurately process and document all customer information and sales orders in our CRM system. (Yes, there's paperwork, but we make it painless.)
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, service concerns, and technical questions with speed and grace, turning potential problems into opportunities for excellent service.
- Actively participate in daily strategy meetings, training sessions, and coaching to continuously improve your sales techniques and customer interaction strategies.
- Help us maintain an energetic, positive, and collaborative team environment where everyone is focused on collective success and having a little fun along the way.
