Description of Job
Operations support specialist works with team members to collectively collaborate and support all visual communication for assigned client.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality customer service at all levels
• Respond to incoming calls and perform Tier 1 & 2 trouble isolation, escalation and resolution
• Perform quality assurance video equipment testing
• Perform adjunct maintenance support, video system installation, de-installation and relocation activities at client headquarters video locations
• Provide technical support for other related Video telecommunications activities
• Train customers on product and service process and procedures

• Ability to support executive boardroom with systems with integrated control.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a sometimes stressful and fast-paced environment a must.

• Ability to effectively interact with people and have experience interfacing with customers and executive\managerial level individuals.
• Must be able to work in a team environment with other teams to resolve issues.

• Ability to Troubleshoot AV Conferencing Systems
Education & Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Auditorium A/V support systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in the videoconferencing field
• Understanding of IP Networks
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking
• Must be able to complete background checks, obtain security clearance as required
• Must be a US Citizen
