Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in New Richmond, WI for an Entry-Level Injection Molding Set-Up Technician/Operator. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines while upholding quality standards and supporting smooth production processes. The role also involves troubleshooting machine issues, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with team members to optimize workflows and production efficiency. Competitive pay and no weekends (8 hour days).

Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience operating or maintaining machinery
- Understanding of injection molding processes, or a strong willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve equipment issues
- Commitment to following and enforcing safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior manufacturing or injection molding experience is a plus
