ADM is curating a small-but-mighty internal Creative Services team to grow with us as we grow. We are looking for diverse and talented client-facing designers who work smart, communicate proactively, and thrive in fast-paced agency life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design: Create high-quality, channel-optimized assets. This includes graphic design, animated gifs, and motion design for paid channels (such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Display).
  • Direction and Feedback: Creative feedback, edits, and art direction are given and taken constructively, with an open and educational mindset.
  • Creative Process: Prioritize creative projects effectively, communicate actively, follow testing roadmaps, deliver on schedule, track time, and provide cohesive client service.
  • Client Coordination: Partner with clients to identify creative goals, translate feedback into actionable concepts, and present solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Data-Driven Creative Strategy: Evolve creative planning and production based on performance. Collaborate directly with your media team to create and implement strategies that align to client goals and drive performance.

Innovation: Build internal creative resources for our agency, such as design templates, stock libraries, internal marketing, portfolio, processes, or creative trainings.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of professional design experience within a marketing agency.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or relevant experience.
  • Online portfolio showcasing agency work for multiple brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop After Effects to produce static images, GIFs, and some motion design.
  • Digital marketing channel expertise with a strong understanding of creative best practices for channels such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Messaging and copywriting capability.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong client communication skills. The ability to interface effectively, lead meetings, present designs, provide creative guidance, and brainstorm new ideas and solutions.
  • You speak marketing acronyms—KPI, ROAS, CVR—and are willing to learn more.
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An always-learning, always-teaching mindset. You’re happy to try new things, learn new skills, and share your skills with others.
  • Must have an online creative portfolio

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively interface with clients
  • Ability to produce static images, GIFs, and light video content (more extensive video production is a plus)
  • Experience with Meta and TikTok advertising
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced motion skills
  • Extensive Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Canva and/or Figma experience
  • Interest and experience in creative AI tools
  • A background in health & wellness advertising
  • Experience in lead gen advertising
  • Experience with user-generated content (UGC)
