About the Role
As a Car Wash Attendant, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every vehicle leaves our facility looking its absolute best while introducing customers to our membership options and upselling services that keep their cars shining year-round. What You’ll Do
- Sell & Upsell – Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and confidently recommend membership plans and add-on services to boost revenue.
- Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience – Provide friendly, informative service, making each customer feel valued while explaining the benefits of repeat visits and exclusive deals.
- Transform Vehicles – Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning, detailing, vacuuming, and waxing to exceed customer expectations.
- Keep It Spotless – Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure equipment is always in top shape.
- Be a Team Player – Support your team, assist with operations, and contribute to a high-energy, results-driven work environment.
- Ensure Safety & Efficiency – Follow all company procedures to ensure a safe, fast, and professional service experience.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- A strong sales background with the confidence to recommend memberships and upgrades.
- A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure every car looks showroom ready.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in a customer service role is a must.
- Experience in car detailing or vehicle maintenance.
