What You’ll Do

• Lead & Motivate – Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive, high-energy team culture that encourages growth and collaboration.
• Train & Develop – Ensure team members are properly trained and continuously improving.
• Deliver Excellence – Provide outstanding customer service and create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
• Drive Performance – Monitor store operations and support sales growth through coaching and teamwork.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance – Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Operational Support – Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and overall business performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Flexibility – Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Experience – Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Physical requirements – Ability to lift or move 25 pounds.
• Education – High school diploma or equivalent required.
