We are a non-traditional educational institution that specializes in the training of dental assistants. We are an affordable, achievable and convenient option for a new career. We operate 10-week dental assisting schools inside practicing dental offices across the United States. We currently have 137 schools.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
You're the bridge between a prospect's interest and their success. Your mission: identify qualified candidates, have authentic conversations about whether our program is the right fit, and guide committed students through enrollment. You'll own your pipeline, hit monthly enrollment targets, and directly impact both student outcomes and school growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect's goals, constraints, and fit for the program
- Present our program with genuine conviction because you believe in its value
- Address concerns directly and honestly; redirect hesitations toward real solutions
- Move prospects toward commitment with confidence and urgency
- Track every lead with discipline; maintain consistent follow-up on warm prospects
- Hit monthly enrollment targets while maintaining high-quality student intake
- Report on pipeline activity and outcomes; continuously improve your approach
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Skills:
- 1 years in high-volume sales, enrollment counseling, admissions, or inside sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Business, Communications, Marketing, or related degree (helpful, not required)

POSITION DETAILS
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Compensation:
- Base: $24/hour ($50,000/year at 40 hours/week)
- Monthly individual bonus: Up to $2,050 based on personal gross enrollment
- Per-term team bonus: Up to $12,000 per term (3x per year) based on overall net enrollment hitting targets
