Injury Prevention Specialist in the Industrial Setting
Job Type: Part-time/Per Diem - Support includes filling in during vacations, sick days and 1 scheduled weekend day per month (up to 8 hour shift)

We're currently seeking a Part-Time/Per Diem Injury Prevention Specialist to join us in delivering high-quality care and injury prevention services to our grocery store warehousing/distribution client. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Engage and educate industrial athletes in proactive injury prevention strategies
- Promote a culture of collaboration and wellness
- Deliver high-quality, individualized care using proven protocols
- Efficiently manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
- Build rapport and foster trust among team members and clients
Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications and hold an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification:
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor’s degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with associate’s degree
- Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) with associate's degree
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with bachelor’s degree
- Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor’s degree and certification from a reputable organization
- Exercise Science/Kinesiology
- Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise science/kinesiology or related field and a reputable certification
Additional Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
