About the Role
The
Marketing Manager – National Accounts
will own marketing strategy, digital performance, and account-level growth for key DIY retail partners. This role bridges traditional consumer products marketing with modern digital execution — especially SEO, content optimization, online merchandising, and performance.
You'll work closely with big-box retailers (Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, etc.) and internal product, sales, and creative teams to elevate brand visibility, improve online conversion, drive category growth, and support national promotions and launches.

What You'll Do
- Lead digital and in-store marketing strategy for major DIY/home improvement accounts.
- Use SEO best practices to optimize product pages, content, and digital listings to improve search visibility and conversion on retailer websites.
- Partner with national buyers and internal teams to develop account-specific marketing plans, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Oversee online merchandising, A content, imagery, copy, ratings/reviews, and overall brand presentation across key platforms.
- Analyze marketing performance, traffic trends, keyword rankings, and consumer behavior to guide strategy.
- Support new product launches with content, digital readiness, and promotional planning.
- Manage trade show presence, category reviews, and account-facing marketing presentations (approx. 10% travel).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, and sales to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in
digital marketing, channel marketing, or retail marketing
in consumer goods. - Hands-on experience with
SEO
, keyword strategy, and optimizing product content for performance. - Familiarity with DIY retail environments (Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, etc.).
- Strong communicator with polished presentation skills and the ability to engage with national retail partners.
- Data-savvy marketer who uses analytics to guide decisions and improve account performance.
- Comfortable working across both digital and brick-and-mortar retail channels.
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving business.
