Pay:$15.00 – $17.00 per hour- DOE

About the Role:

As our Insurance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients and keeping our insurance operations running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for verifying coverage, submitting claims, and ensuring all information is handled accurately and confidentially.

What You’ll Do:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits ahead of appointments
• Accurately code and submit dental insurance claims (ADA coding)
• Communicate with patients about their insurance questions, claims status, and any issues that may arise
• Help resolve claim discrepancies or denials
• Stay up-to-date on changes in dental insurance plans and policies
• Support the front office with general administrative duties as needed

• Knowledge of dental insurance processes and terminology
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Professional, clear communicator—both in writing and in person
• Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA
