Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is a new position created due to practice growth, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first impression of the office.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional Fridays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Manage scheduling to keep the office efficient and productive
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Verify and input insurance information and breakdowns
- Support overall front office organization and workflow
- 2 years of dental or relevant front office experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of insurance, claims, and scheduling
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management
- Friendly, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Growth-minded with high integrity
