What we're looking

6 years' software engineering experience, including 2 years building AI/ML applicat - ions.Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI), RAG, semantic search and prompt enginee
- ring.Strong Python skills with experience building cloud-native applications, REST APIs and microserv
- ices.Experience delivering production AI solutions, such as workflow automation, AI coding assistants, data analysis, multi-agent systems or autonomous decision-ma
- king.Bonus points for experience with Knowledge Graphs, Spark, vector databases, compiler development or open-source AI/ML proj
ects.
