I’m partnering with a fast-growing AI unicorn building production-grade agents that handle complex, business-critical workflows for major enterprise customers.
This is not a chatbot wrapper. The technology is already live in real-world environments, where reliability, accuracy and excellent product design matter.
They’re hiring an exceptional product-minded backend or full-stack engineer to help build the core experience where humans and AI agents work together.
You could work across:
• End-to-end product workflows
• APIs, data models and frontend systems
• Retrieval, guardrails and reliability
• Agent-powered product experiences
• Platform and infrastructure challenges
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, moves fast and wants to build at the frontier of production AI.
Must be open to working from the NYC office five days per week.
Salary : $200,000 - $350,000
