What will I be doing?

What we’re looking for
- 5 years of software engineering experience with strong technical depth
- 2 years leading engineering teams, including hiring and developing talent
- Strong system design and architecture experience - you can confidently guide technical decisions
- A track record of shipping meaningful products and navigating complex trade-offs
- Proven ability to grow and mentor engineers into more senior roles
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communicator who values clarity, feedback, and structured thinking
