Unit Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily nursing operations on the unit
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure care plans are properly implemented and followed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care

- Participate in staff training, evaluations, and scheduling
Unit Manager Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania (required)
