NOW HIRING: Registered Nurse (RN)
Registered Nurse Responsibilities Include:
- Lead with compassion by providing top-notch nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and happiness.
- Collaborate with our dynamic healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ conditions with utmost care.
- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Participate in exciting activities that enrich the lives of our residents and create a vibrant community.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- A valid RN license in New Jersey
- Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required
- Current/active CPR certification is preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
