Are you passionate about helping others improve their communication and swallowing abilities? We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet residents' needs.
• Provide therapy services aimed at improving communication skills and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and progress.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current Speech Therapist license/certification in the state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
