What You’ll Do
- Oversee nursing staff and daily operations on the weekend shifts to ensure quality resident care.
- Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nurses and CNAs.
- Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Respond promptly to resident or family concerns with professionalism and compassion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting (preferred).
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
