Registered Nurse Supervisor

At Accela Post Acute Care Hamilton, we believe leadership in nursing means more than managing—it means inspiring. We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our shifts with confidence, professionalism, and heart.

This role is perfect for an RN who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys mentoring staff, and is committed to delivering excellent care in a fast-paced post-acute and long-term care setting.

We have Monday-Friday 3-11 and Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p available.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee nursing staff and daily operations on the weekend shifts to ensure quality resident care.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nurses and CNAs.
• Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Respond promptly to resident or family concerns with professionalism and compassion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting (preferred).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
