We are in search of a Receptionist to manage the front desk
Your Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
- Greet visitors as they enter and exit the facility
- Answer multi-line telephone system and take detailed messages
- Monitor all visitors, doctor consultants, employees and vendors coming in and out of the facility
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
