About the Role:
As a Per Diem LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents while supporting the clinical and leadership needs of the unit. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. Our Per Diem LPN will be responsible for:
- Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
- Performing clinical assessments and monitoring changes in residents' conditions
- Assisting physicians during rounds and exams
- Communicating effectively with residents' families and care team members
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
- Fostering a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment
- Current LPN license valid in NJ
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
- Must pass TB screening and Physical
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
