Are you a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents? We are seeking an enthusiastic OT to join our interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services to help residents improve daily living and functional skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and progress.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
