- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Demonstrate a commitment to resident satisfaction and safety
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance work (non-negotiable)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
