- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor residents' health, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and interactions
