Essential Functions:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for residents.
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and treatment plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other team members.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
