- Creating a safe, healthy work environment that supports the delivery of high-quality resident care.

- Assuring the best resident care by supervising and directing Nursing Personnel
- Serving as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management
- Making decisions regarding nursing and unit problems
- Attending and supervising wound rounds weekly
- Participating in facility surveys
- Communicating effectively with staff, physicians, and resident’s families
- Registered Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, with a current and valid RN license in New Jersey
- Long-term care experience is a must.
- Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and multi-task.
