RN Supervisor Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on the unit
- Assist in admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
- Support and guide nursing staff, addressing clinical concerns as they arise
- Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain compliance with all policies and state/federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Previous experience in long-term care or sub-acute setting preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
