We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Bista team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with behavioral issues, primarily focusing on patients with autism spectrum disorder.
*Duties* - Conduct behavioral assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans - Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles - Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Provide training and guidance to caregivers on implementing behavior management techniques
*Skills* - Proficiency in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation - Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
