In this leadership role, you will blend clinical excellence with operational and staff development responsibilities. We prioritize structure, collaboration, and clinician well-being, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering transformational care.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (pod leaders)Oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing careConduct and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs)Ensure high clinical standards through QA activities and data-driven decision-makingMonitor and guide treatment planning and progressMaintain a caseload of up to 25 billable hours/week (for full-time)Develop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new cliniciansSupport and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performanceCollaborate with Operations Managers to strategically assign caseloadsLead BCBA and PS hiring efforts at your centerContribute to the organization’s strategic growth initiativesWhat You BringA completed Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related fieldAn active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationA minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory experienceProven leadership and management skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teamsComfort using technology (e.g., scheduling software, electronic data platforms)TB test, immunization records, and background check clearanceSpanish-speaking is a plusWhy Accel Therapies?At Accel Therapies, we believe great leadership makes all the difference.
