Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one support and interventions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and data collection
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
